 At 4:30pm on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 a promotion ceremony took place at the Police Recreation Club, Police Headquarters, Prospect Devonshire where 12 officers were promoted - five to the rank of Inspector and seven to the rank of Sergeant. In attendance were the Minister of National Security Lt. Col. David Burch, Commissioner Michael DeSilva, Deputy Commissioner Mike Jackman, Assistant Commissioner Paul Wright and Assistant Commissioner David Mirfield as well as the colleagues, family & friends of the officers being promoted.
